Privacy policy

Full Circle Software (“Full Circle”, “we”) runs AI agents for businesses. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account data: your name and email, handled by our sign-in provider, Clerk.
• Business content: your company brain, agent settings, chat messages, and the work your agents produce.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage logs: the run ledger of what each agent did, kept so you can audit it.

How we use it

Only to run your agents, show you their work, bill you, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data or use it to advertise to you.

AI processing

Your agents run on Anthropic's Claude models. Your content is sent to Anthropic to generate responses, under Anthropic's commercial terms, which do not allow training on it.

Retention and deletion

Deleting an agent deletes its chat history. Closing your account deletes your workspace data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and billing.
